Community Management Consultant – Russian / English Speaker

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital services organization seeking a Community Management Consultant fluent in both Russian and English for a remote opportunity based in Czechia. Our talent team is looking for someone passionate about social media trends, community engagement, and content creation who wants to develop their career in this dynamic field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver operational tasks to ensure client success and satisfaction across social media platforms
• Brainstorm activities, opportunities, and content to inspire and grow online communities
• Participate in crafting regular content calendars for diverse client accounts
• Research and identify new trends in social media usage and platform innovation
• Monitor social media platforms for trending hashtags, memes, and cultural moments
• Write and edit blog content that balances professionalism with engaging, meta-aware community initiatives
• Manage and respond to customers through forums, websites, and social media tools (both native and third-party)
• Build reports that showcase trends, performance metrics, and growth opportunities
• Report KPIs and evidence success to development teams
• Communicate daily with partners and team members to ensure smooth service delivery
• Support project management teams to meet client expectations and performance targets

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in both Russian and English (required)
• Strong immersion in online gaming culture, particularly PvP (Player versus Player) shooters
• Proactive self-starter with follow-through on all initiatives
• Strong problem-solving, creative writing, and editorial skills
• Excellent communication skills with comfort addressing both positive and challenging situations
• Confidence engaging with internal and external partners on video and voice calls
• Genuine interest in social media platforms, tools, and cultural trends (Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Snapchat, YouTube, etc.)
• Active experience with forums, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram (professional experience preferred)
• Experience with additional platforms like Snapchat, TikTok, Twitch, or YouTube is a bonus
• Ability to execute community initiatives, measure results, and modify programs based on feedback
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills with ability to meet deadlines
• Creative copywriting skills with understanding of balancing brand voice and community engagement
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience desired
