UI/UX Designer

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential iGaming organization seeking a UI/UX Designer to join their live casino product division in Ukraine. This is a creative role focused on mobile-first design, interactive components, and engaging visual experiences for millions of daily users across mobile, desktop, and tablet platforms.

We're looking for a designer with 1–2+ years of experience who thrives in fast-moving product environments and enjoys collaborating across product, development, and creative teams.

Responsibilities

• Design mobile-first gaming products with adaptations for desktop and tablet platforms
• Work with global and local design systems to create UI layouts, interactive components, and game-specific visual flows
• Create game assets, logos, illustrations, and support basic motion UI or sprite generation when needed
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, Product Managers, developers, and fellow designers to bring engaging experiences to life
• Take ownership of tasks from concept through final delivery
• Maintain high visual quality standards across color balance, typography, and composition

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 1–2+ years of experience in UI/UX design, or a strong portfolio demonstrating UI potential
• Confident working in Figma for UI layouts, design systems, and interactive components
• Strong understanding of mobile-first UI/UX principles
• Good sense of color balance, typography, composition, and overall visual quality
• Clear communication skills in English and Ukrainian
• Ability to take ownership and move ideas from concept to final delivery
• Proactive, responsible, and open to feedback in fast-moving product environments
• Keen eye for detail and commitment to polished, high-quality visual experiences

Preferred:

• Previous experience in iGaming or game development
• Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator for asset creation, illustrations, or prepress tasks
• Basic experience with Adobe After Effects for micro-animations or sprite generation
• Understanding of Spine or similar tools used in game animation workflows
