Influencer Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital commerce agency based in Stuttgart. Our client is expanding into social commerce and needs an experienced TikTok specialist to architect their entire TikTok Shop offering from the ground up. This is not a content coordinator role—you will be building a revenue-driving engine that connects performance marketing, creator networks, and TikTok Shop infrastructure into a scalable sales channel for their clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute TikTok Shop strategies for clients across multiple verticals
• Build the technical and operational infrastructure for TikTok Shop from zero, handling both strategic planning and hands-on implementation in the initial phase
• Monitor platform trends, emerging features, and algorithm changes to create high-converting sales campaigns
• Establish social commerce as a core service offering and define performance KPIs that matter to clients
• Own the entire TikTok ecosystem—from Ads Manager to shop setup to creator collaboration frameworks

What We're Looking For

• Several years of proven TikTok marketing experience with demonstrated success building TikTok channels or shops
• Deep technical knowledge of TikTok Ads Manager, the platform algorithm, and TikTok Shop mechanics
• Strong execution skills—you don't just strategize, you roll up your sleeves and build the technical foundation yourself
• Data-driven decision maker who can analyze performance metrics, identify patterns, and present insights clearly to leadership
• Highly self-directed with the ability to work independently, drive initiatives proactively, and explain complex processes simply
• Fluency in German required; English proficiency preferred
