Inbound Account Executive [Dutch Market]

About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading fintech organization seeking an Inbound Account Executive for the Dutch Market to join their London-based sales team. This is an exciting opportunity to own the Netherlands market while working on-site in central London with a collaborative, high-performing team.

In this role, you'll work with warm inbound leads from the Dutch market, guiding small and medium-sized businesses as they adopt payment solutions. You'll build trusted relationships, deliver product demonstrations, and help businesses choose the right tools to grow.

Responsibilities

• Engage with inbound leads generated through marketing efforts in the Netherlands—qualify prospects, provide consultative guidance, and convert opportunities
• Connect with small and medium-sized business owners via phone and email in both Dutch and English
• Deliver tailored product demonstrations that clearly address real-world business challenges
• Manage your sales pipeline in Salesforce, ensuring structured follow-ups and efficient lead conversion
• Track performance metrics, report on results, and maintain alignment with team and regional targets
• Collaborate with the broader European sales team to share market insights and customer trends from the Netherlands

What We're Looking For

• Fluent Dutch (C2/native level) and professional-level English
• Experience in phone-based or customer-facing roles such as sales, support, retail, or hospitality
• Confidence engaging with business owners and decision-makers
• Genuine curiosity about fintech and motivation to understand the Dutch SMB landscape
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
• Proactive, team-first attitude with strong collaborative skills
• Bonus: experience with payments, POS/EPOS software, SaaS, or Excel (though full training will be provided)
