Senior Property Manager – Operations & Implementierung (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential property technology organization in Berlin that is transforming how property management operates across Germany. In this role, you will support property management teams throughout the country, working hands-on to improve operations and implement new technology-driven workflows.

• Provide on-site operational support to property management teams, identifying bottlenecks and helping reduce backlogs in daily operations
• Work collaboratively with teams to establish clear responsibilities and sustainable processes that continue functioning after your engagement
• Become an expert in the client's property management software platform and train teams based on their specific tasks and workflows
• Ensure quality standards are maintained on-site by monitoring how reliably tasks are completed and processes are implemented
• Identify problems early and guide teams toward solutions that improve overall service delivery
• Provide concrete feedback to product development teams based on real-world property management scenarios and user experiences

What We're Looking For

• Several years of hands-on experience in property management (Immobilienverwaltung) with the ability to handle daily operations independently
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly identify issues, set priorities, and take direct action
• Excellent communication abilities and the capacity to build trust rapidly with people at different experience levels
• Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn new software quickly and teach others how technology simplifies their work
• Willingness to travel regularly, spending three to four days per week on-site at various property management locations throughout Germany
• Fluent German language skills (required for this role)
• Experience helping teams adopt new working methods and driving change in operational environments
