Marketing Praktikant (all genders)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consumer brand in their search for a Marketing Praktikant. In this internship, you will support affiliate and creator partnership initiatives while gaining hands-on experience across multiple marketing functions.

• Creator Management & Acquisition: Support existing affiliate partners and proactively identify new profiles that align with brand values to expand the network strategically
• Campaign Management & Tracking: Assist with technical campaign setup and ensure performance data is accurately captured (prior experience with affiliate networks is a plus but not required)
• Relationship Management: Serve as a key point of contact for creators, prepare newsletters and exclusive offers, and provide knowledgeable support
• Research & Outreach: Conduct independent market analyses, discover new social media trends, and actively reach out to potential partners
• Cross-functional Support: Beyond affiliate focus, support the marketing team on cross-departmental projects and gain exposure to various marketing disciplines

What We're Looking For

• Social Media Affinity: You are a digital native who knows the latest Instagram trends and has an instinct for which creators fit well with brand identities
• Communication Skills & Negotiation: You enjoy networking, present yourself confidently, and know how to create win-win situations for all parties
• Structured Approach & Technical Understanding: You work diligently and have a strong affinity for tools and data (experience with platforms like Awin is a plus but not essential)
• Hands-on Mentality: You don't wait for tasks to be assigned but proactively take initiative and contribute fresh ideas to the team
• Language Skills: You communicate confidently in German (C1 level) and possess good English skills
• Location: You are based in Berlin or surrounding areas for regular on-site collaboration

Pay
