Werkstudent (m/w/d) – Finance & Beratung (unternehmerisch, leistungsbasiert)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a working student to support client engagement and advisory operations. This is a performance-oriented role with clear goals, structured onboarding, and a pathway toward a trainee program.

In your first weeks, you will focus on building a client pipeline by scheduling appointments through phone outreach, networking, and lead follow-up. You will learn conversation frameworks, needs assessment techniques, follow-up protocols, and documentation standards. You will work with KPIs, receive regular feedback, and systematically improve your results.

As you progress, your responsibilities will expand to include:

• Supporting the analysis of client situations and preparing advisory materials in a structured manner
• Accompanying client conversations (depending on your development stage), managing follow-ups, and ensuring clear next steps
• Maintaining clean processes, consistent documentation, and reliable execution
• Collaborating closely with a high-performing team and taking ownership of your workstreams

What We're Looking For

Must-have:

• Currently enrolled at a university or technical college
• German language proficiency at C1 level or higher (spoken and written) — training, team communication, and future certification pathways are conducted entirely in German
• Strong communication skills, reliability, and accountability
• Proactive mindset and structured working style
• Interest in performance and measurable outcomes

Nice to have:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, consulting, or competitive sports/performance environments
