Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential industrial safety organization in Leverkusen, Nordrhein-Westfalen, seeking a university intern to support emergency response operations. In this role, you will contribute to various projects within the industrial fire brigade and emergency services team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting concept development for emergency response initiatives
- Conducting research on specific emergency management and hazard control topics
- Assisting with training program development and emergency response planning
- Participating in watch duty rotations and integrating with operational teams
- Contributing to exercises and training activities to gain hands-on experience
What We're Looking For
Our client requires candidates currently enrolled in a relevant university program such as:
- Rescue Engineering
- Hazard Control
- Safety Engineering
- Comparable degree programs with connections to fire service or emergency medical services
Additional requirements:
- Prior knowledge of emergency services organizations (BOS) is highly desirable
- English language proficiency
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Valid driver's license
