About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization experiencing exceptional growth across Europe. Our client is building out their talent acquisition function and needs an experienced business recruiter who can own full-cycle searches across commercial and operational functions. This is a high-impact role where you'll partner directly with leadership to close critical hires that drive expansion.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment from initial brief through offer acceptance across sales, marketing, finance, operations, compliance, risk, and HR functions
• Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing for specialist and hard-to-fill roles
• Assess candidate fit, secure timely hiring decisions, and lead offer negotiations to close
• Challenge hiring briefs and interview processes with evidence when search strategies need adjustment
• Maintain numerical ownership of hiring outcomes and demonstrate which actions drove results
• Adapt recruitment approaches based on market feedback and search performance data

What We're Looking For

• In-house recruitment experience owning business or commercial hiring within a high-growth company
• Demonstrated breadth across multiple business functions with documented hiring success
• Proven track record of personally building pipelines, qualifying candidates, managing stakeholders, and closing searches
• Strong numerical accountability for hiring results with clear evidence of impactful interventions
• Experience recovering difficult searches, challenging hiring decisions with data, and closing complex offers
• Process improvement mindset with examples of enhancing recruitment efficiency or effectiveness
• Located in or willing to relocate to Germany

Pay
