Product Recruiter

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization in Germany that is scaling its product organization rapidly. Our talent team is searching for an experienced Product Recruiter who can own full-cycle hiring for Product Owners and Product Managers. This role requires someone who has built product pipelines from scratch, challenged hiring briefs with evidence, and consistently closed difficult searches.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for Product Owner and Product Manager roles from initial brief through offer acceptance
• Build proactive talent pipelines through direct sourcing before roles are confirmed
• Assess candidate relevance and technical fit for product contexts
• Lead offer negotiations and secure acceptances in competitive hiring environments
• Present hiring managers with data-driven recommendations when search strategy or interview processes need adjustment
• Take numerical ownership of hiring outcomes and demonstrate which actions drove results

What We're Looking For

• In-house experience owning product hiring at a technology company
• Proven track record building pipelines, qualifying candidates, managing stakeholders, and closing hires independently
• Deep understanding of the distinction between strong Product Owners and strong Product Managers across different product contexts
• Demonstrated ability to recover difficult product searches through strategic pivots
• Evidence-based approach to challenging hiring decisions and improving recruitment processes
• Experience closing difficult offers and navigating complex compensation conversations
• Authorization to work in Germany
