HubSpot Implementation Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential CRM consulting organization seeking a HubSpot Implementation Specialist to join their remote team. This full-time role requires availability during U.S. business hours and is based in Costa Rica.

Our client specializes in helping businesses maximize their HubSpot investment through strategic implementations, system optimization, and client enablement. As their HubSpot Implementation Specialist, you'll lead end-to-end implementations across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub, building scalable CRM solutions and delivering exceptional client experiences.

Responsibilities

• Configure and optimize HubSpot across Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub
• Build and manage workflows, automations, pipelines, and CRM architecture
• Execute data migrations including data mapping, imports, and validation
• Develop dashboards, reporting structures, and campaign frameworks
• Deliver projects from onboarding through deployment, participating in discovery, strategic planning, configuration, development, testing, and go-live support
• Lead client onboarding sessions and training on HubSpot best practices
• Translate business requirements into scalable HubSpot solutions
• Diagnose and resolve platform and integration issues
• Perform quality assurance testing to ensure accuracy, scalability, and performance
• Maintain accurate project documentation and implementation milestones
• Collaborate with Project Managers, Solutions Architects, and Developers to ensure alignment with client goals

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience implementing HubSpot Sales Hub, Marketing Hub, and Service Hub
• Strong expertise in CRM architecture, workflows, automation, and pipeline configuration
• Demonstrated experience with data migration, system integrations, and platform optimization
• Ability to manage multiple implementation projects simultaneously
• Professional written and spoken English
• Experience leading client meetings, training sessions, and solution workshops
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Active HubSpot Certifications or willingness to obtain them
• Experience with HubSpot CMS
• Background in digital marketing or CRM consulting
• Experience working in implementation agencies or consulting environments
• Knowledge of API integrations and third-party business applications
• Familiarity with AI productivity tools
