GTM Engineer – m/f/d

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing AI platform company in Berlin that is seeking a GTM Engineer to build the commercial systems that drive qualified pipeline and revenue growth. This is a hybrid builder role combining technical execution with commercial judgment—you'll automate workflows, connect data sources, and ship solutions that directly impact how the go-to-market team operates.

Our client serves thousands of organizations across Europe, and their internal GTM team needs someone who can identify bottlenecks and turn them into working automations. You'll sit within Sales & Partnerships while collaborating across Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

Responsibilities

• Build pipeline generation systems that combine account data, buying signals, and research to identify relevant prospects and prioritize outreach
• Connect inbound and product usage signals to automated enrichment, qualification, and routing workflows
• Automate account preparation, meeting follow-ups, CRM hygiene, and handover processes to give sellers more time with customers
• Support partner-led growth by surfacing account overlap and expansion opportunities
• Build and maintain data integrations between CRM, product analytics, enrichment tools, and the GTM stack via APIs and automation platforms
• Run experiments with clear commercial hypotheses, measure pipeline quality and conversion impact, and scale what works
• Own quality and reliability—test AI outputs, handle edge cases, respect data privacy, and document workflows for team adoption
• Feed real-world GTM use cases back into product development

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrable experience building useful automations or technical workflows—you can show us something you've shipped and explain the business impact
• Background in GTM engineering, growth, RevOps, software engineering, or entrepreneurship with commercial application
• Commercial fluency: you understand B2B sales funnels and can distinguish automation theater from workflows that improve pipeline, conversion, or productivity
• Technical resourcefulness with APIs, webhooks, structured data, and tool integrations; comfortable debugging and working with AI-assisted code
• Hands-on experience with automation and AI tooling (Clay, n8n, workflow orchestration platforms, or similar)
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into testable solutions without overengineering early versions
• Strong collaboration skills—you listen well, explain technical decisions clearly, and build for actual adoption
• Fluency in English; German is a plus but not required

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €80,000 – €120,000 per year, plus equity participation. Final compensation will be determined based on your experience and the scope of work you'll own.
