About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential iGaming organization seeking German-speaking Customer Support professionals for their Greece operations. This role offers comprehensive relocation support including 4 weeks of all-inclusive hotel accommodation and company-paid flights, making your transition to the Mediterranean seamless.
You'll join an international team delivering exceptional service to German-speaking customers through multiple channels while enjoying Greece's renowned quality of life, lower cost of living, and vibrant culture.
Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service via live chat, email, and phone to German-speaking clients
- Address customer inquiries, resolve technical issues, and manage complaints with professionalism
- Guide customers through platform navigation to optimize their experience
- Collaborate with team members to meet service level agreements and quality standards
- Document customer interactions and feedback accurately in support systems
- Participate in ongoing training to deepen product and service knowledge
What We're Looking For
- Fluent German and proficient English required; additional languages are a plus
- Previous customer support or related experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction
- Ability to manage multiple inquiries effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with customer support software and CRM systems is advantageous
- Willingness to relocate to Greece and embrace a new lifestyle
- Interest in gaming; knowledge of the iGaming industry is a significant advantage
