GCFR – Customer Service Representative (Southeast) Remote

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential client in the vehicle logistics sector who is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their remote team in the Southeast region. This is a fully remote position where you'll coordinate vehicle releases and pickups while providing excellent service to body shops, vehicle owners, and insurance partners.

Our client provides the equipment you need to succeed from home, and you'll be part of a supportive virtual team with clear performance metrics and regular feedback.

Responsibilities

• Contact body shops to confirm vehicle pick-up schedules and secure release authorizations
• Communicate with vehicle owners to obtain releases, coordinate transport logistics, and facilitate three-way calls with shops or tow companies when needed
• Assist customers with personal item removal processes
• Search and verify vehicle information using VIN lookup tools
• Maintain accurate, detailed notes in the system for every vehicle and customer interaction
• Complete 100+ outbound calls daily and process 60+ active files per day
• Attend weekly virtual team meetings to collaborate and stay aligned
• Support teammates and assist with additional tasks as needed

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 1 year of office support or customer service experience
• High school diploma or GED
• Strong phone communication skills and clear written communication abilities
• Typing speed of at least 45 WPM with basic 10-key proficiency
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Excellent attention to detail with strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Professional home workspace that is quiet and free from distractions
• Ability to work occasional overtime
• Bilingual skills are a plus
