This role focuses on final expense and Medicare products, offering flexibility in how you conduct business while providing structured support for sustainable growth.

We are looking for professionals who hold a valid insurance producer's license and are interested in building long-term client relationships through field sales, telesales, or a hybrid approach.

Responsibilities

• Serve families and individuals with final expense and Medicare insurance products
• Conduct sales through your preferred method: field visits, phone-based consultations, or a combination of both
• Build and maintain a diversified book of business across multiple carrier relationships
• Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance your production capabilities
• Manage lead programs and client acquisition strategies responsibly
• Maintain compliance with all insurance regulations and licensing requirements

What We're Looking For

• Valid insurance producer's license (required)
• Experience as a licensed life insurance agent
• Interest in final expense and Medicare product lines
• Comfort with field sales, telesales, or both modalities
• Self-motivated professionals who value structure and accountability
• Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply
