About This Opportunity
Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential insurance organization seeking licensed insurance agents to serve clients across Texas. This role focuses on final expense and Medicare products, offering flexibility in how you conduct business while providing structured support for sustainable growth.
We are looking for professionals who hold a valid insurance producer's license and are interested in building long-term client relationships through field sales, telesales, or a hybrid approach.
Responsibilities
- Serve families and individuals with final expense and Medicare insurance products
- Conduct sales through your preferred method: field visits, phone-based consultations, or a combination of both
- Build and maintain a diversified book of business across multiple carrier relationships
- Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to enhance your production capabilities
- Manage lead programs and client acquisition strategies responsibly
- Maintain compliance with all insurance regulations and licensing requirements
What We're Looking For
- Valid insurance producer's license (required)
- Experience as a licensed life insurance agent
- Interest in final expense and Medicare product lines
- Comfort with field sales, telesales, or both modalities
- Self-motivated professionals who value structure and accountability
