Full-Time Telehealth Dietitian – Women’s Health (Salary + Benefits)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential telehealth organization seeking a Women's Health Dietitian (RD/RDN) to provide remote outpatient medical nutrition therapy. This fully remote role focuses primarily on pregnancy and prenatal nutrition, including gestational diabetes (GDM), while also supporting women with hormonal imbalance, PCOS, fertility, perimenopause, gut health, and metabolic health.

The ideal candidate has experience in clinical or outpatient nutrition counseling and is licensed (or eligible for licensure) in Pennsylvania. You should be passionate about delivering personalized, root-cause care to support long-term health outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide telehealth medical nutrition therapy using a functional and integrative approach, with a primary focus on pregnancy and gestational diabetes (GDM)
• Assess nutritional health of patients with attention to prenatal needs, blood sugar regulation, and hormone-related conditions
• Monitor and review daily blood glucose logs for GDM patients, providing timely feedback, adjustments, and ongoing support
• Educate and train patients on proper use of glucose meters and blood sugar monitoring techniques
• Develop and modify individualized nutrition care plans, with a focus on glycemic control during pregnancy
• Coordinate care and communicate effectively with referring physicians and healthcare providers to ensure continuity of care
• Document all new and follow-up appointments with strong attention to detail
• Respond to all patient communications in a timely and supportive manner
• Manage a full and consistent patient caseload, ensuring timely follow-ups, continuity of care, and optimal patient outcomes
• Stay current with emerging research in women's health, prenatal nutrition, and diabetes care

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Current RD/RDN registration with CDR
• At least 2 years of experience in outpatient or clinical care
• Experience or strong interest in prenatal nutrition, GDM, or hormone-related conditions
• Pennsylvania license required (or eligibility for licensure); credentialing process may take 3–6 months
• Willingness to be credentialed with insurance companies
• Passion for women's health, pregnancy, and gestational diabetes
• Integrative and functional nutrition approach to care

Strongly Preferred:

• Availability for evening appointments to meet patient demand
• CDCES (Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist)
• IFNA Certified (IFNCP credential) or actively enrolled in IFNA training
• Prior experience supporting pregnant patients or managing gestational diabetes

The role begins in a ramp-up phase with variable hours as your patient caseload grows, transitioning into a full-time, salaried schedule once full-time metrics are met. Our client provides consistent referrals and support to help you build a full and sustainable schedule.

Pay

This is a salaried position with compensation based on your chosen schedule:

• 32 hours/week (4-day work week): $44,000–$59,000 annually
• 40 hours/week (5-day work week): $55,000–$70,000 annually

Final schedule and compensation are aligned based on candidate preference, experience, and availability. Additional earning opportunities available through performance bonuses and supplement commissions.
