About This Position

This is an entry-level, full-time Gaming Associate role based at our Pensacola card room. You'll monitor live card games, ensure fair play, and maintain the professional atmosphere our guests expect. No casino background is necessary—we provide comprehensive, paid training to get you up to speed on gaming operations, house rules, and customer service excellence.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee live card table games including Ultimate Texas Hold'em and Three-Card Poker, verifying all payouts and calculating player bonuses accurately
• Enforce house rules and gaming regulations to ensure fair play and compliance at every table
• Deliver excellent customer service, creating a welcoming and professional gaming atmosphere for guests
• Collaborate with dealers and the wider team to maintain smooth game flow and positive player experience
