Position Summary
The Marketplace Guys is seeking a Founders Associate to join our dynamic team. As an AI-native marketplace agency focused on Amazon and other marketplaces, you will play a crucial role in scaling our operations through innovative use of automation and strategic customer engagement. This is a full-time, remote position with the option for candidates based in Munich or Hamburg.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Your primary responsibilities include:
Kunden-Ops: Weekly reporting, product listing maintenance, inventory management, deal negotiation, keyword research, and initial customer communication via email and Amazon.
Sales: Building a sales pipeline, initiating outreach, conducting first meetings, and following up with prospects and clients.
Brandaufbau: Enhancing brand visibility through strategic marketing efforts and content creation.
Who We're Looking For
We are looking for a generalist who can think entrepreneurially and tackle the areas where the company needs the most support. You should have excellent communication skills, be fluent in German (native level) and confident in English. Previous experience with marketplaces or sales roles is beneficial but not mandatory.
