Technology Transformation – Senior

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential advisory firm seeking a Senior Technology Transformation Consultant to join their Paris office. Our client operates at the intersection of IT strategy and financial performance, advising leadership teams through complex business transitions including M&A, restructuring, and digital transformation initiatives.

In this role, you will work directly with C-level executives, shareholders, and investors to assess technology landscapes, identify value drivers, and implement strategic recommendations that impact EBITDA and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct IT due diligence engagements for M&A transactions, evaluating IT organization, strategy, infrastructure, applications, and spend optimization opportunities
• Lead carve-out assessments, analyzing dependencies between divested entities and parent organizations, defining separation roadmaps, and drafting transition service agreements
• Design integration strategies for acquired entities, including synergy identification, project planning, cost optimization, and vendor proposal evaluation
• Develop IT and digital transformation roadmaps aligned to corporate growth or turnaround strategies
• Create strategic plans covering timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and project prioritization
• Audit IT projects and assess IT department performance for clients seeking operational improvements
• Draft technical requirements documents and guide technology selection processes
• Build action plans targeting EBITDA improvement through IT cost reduction, organizational restructuring, and project rationalization
• Deliver diagnostics combining financial and technology analysis for clients experiencing profitability challenges or visibility gaps

What We're Looking For

• Master's degree (Bac+5) from a top-tier engineering school or business school
• Proven experience in consulting with demonstrated IT and digital capabilities, combined with financial impact analysis skills
• Alternative: operational experience within organizations recognized for IT or digital excellence
• Strong knowledge of market-available technology solutions and platforms
• Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented mindset with curiosity and drive
• Fluent professional English; additional languages a plus
• Motivated by high-stakes strategic challenges in M&A and turnaround contexts
• Interest in expanding expertise across IT, finance, and operations domains
