Founders Associate – AI & Product

About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-funded technology company in the media space, backed by leading European venture capital firms. Our client is experiencing rapid growth and seeks a commercially-minded technical generalist to take full ownership of a revenue-generating product from day one.

This is a rare early-stage opportunity to work directly with founders on AI-driven product development, combining business strategy with hands-on building. You will be responsible for the complete lifecycle of a product: from roadmap and execution to commercial performance and operational metrics.

Responsibilities

• Own a revenue-generating product end-to-end, including commercial strategy and operational execution
• Build production-ready tools, automations, and products using AI technologies, moving rapidly from concept to deployment
• Conduct independent data analysis to inform product decisions and drive key performance metrics
• Work across product development, growth initiatives, and operations as business needs require
• Make strategic decisions that directly impact product trajectory and company direction
• Deep-dive into high-leverage topics that move core business metrics

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Demonstrable AI proficiency: regular use of AI development tools with at least one shipped automation, tool, or product to show
• Hybrid business-technical background: either a business degree with technical training (bootcamp, data science/CS conversion master's, shipped projects) OR a technical degree (computer science, mathematics, engineering) with commercial experience (product roles, consulting, startup experience)
• Strong commercial acumen: fluency in revenue models, unit economics, and performance metrics
• Exceptional track record: top-tier university, leading consulting firm or investment fund, or early core role at a venture-backed startup with demonstrable progression
• Evidence of initiative: participation in hackathons, technology or entrepreneurship societies, side projects, or similar pursuits
• Comfort in fast-paced, performance-driven environments

Preferred:

• Entrepreneurial experience, including previous startup attempts
• Strong awareness of digital culture and trends in music, media, gaming, or social platforms
