Sales Development – DACH

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI technology organization seeking a Sales Development professional for their DACH region operations based in Germany.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct research to identify and qualify potential leads within your target market
• Execute outbound activities including cold calling, emailing, and social media outreach to initiate contact with prospective customers
• Develop and implement personalized outreach campaigns designed to maximize lead conversion rates
• Partner closely with Account Executives to share prospect feedback, objections, and market intelligence
• Continuously refine outreach strategies based on performance data and team feedback
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators including conversion rates, lead quality, and outreach effectiveness
• Collaborate with sales leadership to analyze pipeline data and optimize go-to-market strategies

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking candidates with:

• 2–3+ years of outbound B2B sales experience with a demonstrated track record of securing net-new business meetings
• Proven ability to build and qualify opportunity-sized lead lists in new markets and verticals
• Fluency with modern prospecting tools and multi-channel outreach strategies
• Experience building and scaling outbound processes in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Intellectual curiosity with a habit of asking thoughtful questions and developing insights-driven approaches
• High self-motivation and the ability to work independently while thriving in collaborative team settings
• Strong prioritization and time management skills with the ability to manage high lead volumes efficiently
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
