Field Service Experts (m/w/d) für den Rhein-Neckar-Raum (PLZ 68xxx/69xxx)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential retail technology services organization seeking Field Service Experts for the Rhein-Neckar region (postal codes 68xxx/69xxx). In this role, you will:

• Install, repair, and maintain AV technology and voice alarm systems at retail client locations
• Configure and commission playback and system technology
• Work independently from your home base, traveling throughout your assigned region with a company vehicle
• Conduct client training and orientation sessions during initial installations
• Coordinate with the internal service team to ensure efficient job scheduling and execution

What We're Looking For

Our ideal candidate brings:

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering or a comparable technical field
• Broad knowledge of electrical systems, audio equipment, TV technology, or IT products
• Ideally, experience with voice alarm systems or building management systems
• Professional, service-oriented demeanor with strong customer interaction skills
• Genuine enthusiasm for technology, devices, and hands-on technical work
• German language proficiency for client communication

This is a permanent, full-time or part-time position (minimum 32 hours per week) based in Mannheim.
