Executive Recruitment Partner – Expression of Interest

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential global recruitment organization seeking an experienced executive recruitment professional to establish a partner-led operation in Czechia. This is an expression of interest for an independent contractor partnership model, not a traditional employment role.

Our client operates a unique partner network that allows seasoned recruiters to build and grow their own recruitment businesses while leveraging established brand recognition, technology infrastructure, and global resources. If you have been considering launching your own practice or recently started an independent operation, this partnership offers enterprise-level backing without sacrificing autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Operate your own recruitment business independently within the Czechia market
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from business development through placement
• Build and maintain client relationships using existing networks and new business development
• Utilize provided technology platforms and CRM systems for candidate and client management
• Collaborate with the global partner network for cross-border placements and knowledge sharing
• Ensure compliance with Czech employment law and recruitment regulations
• Leverage marketing resources and brand assets to grow your operation

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5-10 years of proven recruitment experience with successful placement track record
• Demonstrated ability to manage full recruitment lifecycle independently
• Strong client relationship management skills and existing industry networks
• Self-starter mentality with proven business development capabilities
• Fluency in English (essential); Czech language skills strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of Czech employment law and recruitment practices
• Entrepreneurial drive combined with collaborative mindset
• Experience with recruitment technology and CRM systems preferred
• Existing client base or business pipeline highly desirable
• Previous P&L management or business ownership experience is a plus

Pay

This is a 100% commission-based partnership with a transparent revenue share model. Partners retain the majority of revenue generated, with no salary cap. Specific terms will be discussed during the partnership evaluation process.
