About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential professional services organization seeking a Workday Integrations Principal Consultant to join their Global Application Managed Services team. This role is ideal for an experienced post-production Workday professional who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced managed services environment.

As the onshore integration workstream lead for an assigned portfolio of accounts, you will bring both technical expertise and strong business acumen to help drive success for enterprise clients across the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead the integration workstream for assigned accounts as the primary onshore point of contact
• Apply and execute various AMS methodologies and activities across Workday managed services engagements
• Collaborate with offshore teams on daily activities, incidents, root cause analysis, and work requests
• Provide on-call support and holiday coverage as required
• Drive trend analysis, service improvements, and value additions while contributing to asset and tools development
• Implement industry best practices for process monitoring and guide the team accordingly
• Participate in estimation activities and contribute to new proposals and RFPs
• Execute day-to-day activities of Workday Integration projects for various customer contracts
• Provide subject matter expertise on Workday best practices and integration builds
• Lead a team of Workday consultants across multiple engagements
• Conduct client sessions to analyze business requirements and deliver solutions to complex business problems
• Mentor consultants and share product knowledge to grow the practice

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 3-5 years of corporate applications portfolio experience
• At least 5 years in client-facing roles handling managed services in a global delivery model
• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday Integrations
• Expert-level understanding of Workday Integrations
• Workday certification in Integration and Workday Studio is required
• Proven ability to multitask and perform a variety of duties
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Collaborative work ethic with a positive, can-do attitude

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: USD $106,171 - $159,257 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. This position is also eligible for discretionary annual incentive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with contributions, disability coverage, and parental leave.
