eTMF Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing clinical research organization seeking an eTMF Specialist to join their Clinical Development Platform in France. This role is central to ensuring quality, compliance, and inspection readiness of electronic Trial Master Files across global clinical trials in a regulated pharmaceutical environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and configuration of Veeva Vault Clinical applications including eTMF, CTMS, Study Startup (SSU), Payments, and Site Connect
• Facilitate requirements gathering workshops and translate business needs into scalable, compliant system solutions
• Design and configure Vault solutions aligned with clinical operations processes and regulatory requirements
• Manage system validation activities: test planning, UAT coordination, defect tracking, and compliance documentation
• Oversee data migration and system integration projects, ensuring data quality and seamless interoperability
• Develop and deliver end-user and administrator training programs to support adoption and change management
• Advise stakeholders on best practices, configuration options, and process optimization strategies
• Partner with cross-functional project teams to ensure successful delivery and compliance with ICH-GCP and GxP standards
• Monitor eTMF metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to maintain quality and inspection readiness

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Health Sciences, Life Sciences, or related field
• Strong experience in clinical trial documentation management
• Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault TMF (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of the DIA TMF Reference Model
• Experience with TMF metrics, KPIs, and dashboards
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Understanding of clinical trial documentation lifecycle
• Knowledge of cross-functional stakeholders including Clinical, QA, Pharmacovigilance, and Biometry
• Fluent English (written and spoken)
