Training Coordinator

About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential UK-based organization seeking a Training Coordinator to work remotely from South Africa. This is a permanent, fully remote position supporting a structured learning and development function. You will own the end-to-end training calendar, ensuring learners complete required courses on time and compliance standards are met across the organization.

Working hours are 09:00–17:00 UK time (11:00–19:00 SAST) from your home office. You will receive proper onboarding, equipment guidance, and day-to-day support from an experienced L&D manager.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate all training sessions, including trainer availability and virtual room bookings
• Administer the learning management system: enrol learners, track progress, and maintain accurate records
• Monitor and follow up on outstanding and expiring training completions to ensure compliance deadlines are met
• Maintain training records, certificates, and documentation in line with organizational standards
• Produce regular completion and compliance reports for department managers and leadership
• Collect learner feedback and collaborate with the L&D team to improve training content and delivery

What We're Looking For

Essential:

• Two or more years of experience in training coordination, learning and development, or HR administration
• Hands-on experience administering a learning management system such as Moodle, Docebo, TalentLMS, or similar platforms
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent training sessions and deadlines
• Clear, professional written English for communication with learners, trainers, and managers
• Reliable home internet connection and a quiet workspace suitable for UK business hours

Desirable:

• Exposure to mandatory, regulatory, or compliance-focused training programs
• Familiarity with e-learning authoring or content creation tools
• Experience supporting apprenticeship schemes or funded training administration

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: R29,000 – R32,000 per month.
