Overview

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential pharmacy benefits organization that is expanding its clinical telehealth services. We're seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join a newly launched Clinical Engagement Center focused on improving member health and wellness through telepharmacy and wellness coaching.

This is a remote position within the United States, with some geographic restrictions. The role involves delivering Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services and developing clinical outreach programs that exceed client expectations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct medication therapy management (MTM) and expanded clinical programs in accordance with Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) requirements
• Develop clinical algorithms, pathways, and call scripts to support pharmacy staff in delivering MTM services
• Review and update all algorithms and call scripts at least yearly and with updated clinical guidelines
• Develop documentation standards for all clinical outreach activities
• Collaborate with Clinical Engagement Center staff to maintain a high-quality and consistent MTM product
• Assist leadership in developing programs to support STAR ratings outreach
• Provide Medicare Part D clinical, operational, and educational support by maintaining knowledge of MTM program updates and Medicare Part C and D performance measures
• Serve as a preceptor for APPE students within the department
• Adhere to compliance and HIPAA regulations

What We're Looking For

• Pharm.D. degree with unrestricted pharmacist licensure
• Minimum of two years clinical experience including direct patient consultation experience
• Experience as a clinical call center lead is preferred
• Experience as a member of a multi-disciplinary team is preferred
• PBM industry work experience is preferred
• Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices and laws is preferred
• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations
• Spanish-speaking capability is preferred
• Ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employees
• Commitment to participating in and supporting compliance program objectives

Work Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9am-5:30pm

Location: Remote within the United States (some state restrictions apply)
