Enterprise Sales Executive – Retail CRE

Our recruiting team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential commercial real estate technology client in their search for an experienced Enterprise Sales Executive focused on retail property markets.

This is a senior, quota-carrying role designed for accomplished dealmakers who have established relationships within large retail real estate organizations. Our client seeks someone who can leverage existing networks to drive immediate revenue impact through six-figure annual recurring revenue agreements.

Location: Remote within the United States

Responsibilities

• Drive new enterprise revenue by activating and monetizing established industry relationships
• Close high-value annual contracts ranging from $100K to $500K+ with institutional property owners and operators
• Own complete sales cycles from initial outreach through contract execution
• Build and expand relationships across property management, leasing, technology leadership, and C-suite stakeholders
• Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying processes typical of enterprise organizations
• Maintain accurate forecasting and a high-velocity pipeline of qualified opportunities
• Partner with leadership to secure and expand strategic accounts

What We're Looking For

• 7-10+ years of enterprise sales experience selling SaaS or technology-enabled services
• Deep expertise and established network within retail commercial real estate, specifically among REITs and institutional property owners
• Active relationships with decision-makers in property operations, leasing, information technology, and executive leadership
• Documented success closing six-figure ARR deals and consistently exceeding quota targets
• Demonstrated ability to generate immediate pipeline activity from existing professional relationships
• Executive presence and comfort operating at senior leadership levels
• Self-directed, competitive, and motivated by winning large transactions
• Track record of early closures and revenue impact within first six months of new roles

Compensation

Our client offers a competitive base salary of $110,000-$130,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped commission structure. On-target earnings range from $250,000 to $350,000+, aligned to enterprise deal sizes and individual performance.
