What You'll Do
- Supervise and coordinate the concierge team across assigned shifts

- Address complaints and escalations promptly and professionally
- Oversee concierge operations, bookings, reservations, and service records
- Liaise with departments across the property to deliver seamless, coordinated service
- Train, mentor, and develop team members to uphold company service standards
