Front of house assistant

Join WSH Group as a Front of House Assistant and help deliver excellent guest experiences in our hospitality team based in Llantwit Major. This part-time position offers the chance to develop your customer service skills in a professional, welcoming environment.

Position Summary

We're seeking a friendly and organised Front of House Assistant to support our customer-facing operations. In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for guests, helping to create a positive first impression and ensure smooth day-to-day service delivery. You'll work as part of a dedicated team committed to making every visitor feel welcomed and cared for.

Core Duties

• Greet and welcome guests with professionalism and warmth
• Manage reception desk operations, including answering enquiries and directing visitors
• Assist with check-in, bookings, and administrative tasks
• Support event coordination and special occasion arrangements
• Maintain a tidy, inviting reception area and common spaces
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues with courtesy
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless service
