Your Responsibilities

- Monitor food stock, manage ingredients efficiently, and report on supply requirements
- Maintain strict adherence to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times
- Coordinate with other sections of the kitchen to ensure smooth service flow
- Contribute to menu development and kitchen innovation where appropriate
Who We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent senior kitchen position
- Formal culinary qualification or substantial documented kitchen experience
- Current food safety certification, or willingness to obtain one
- Demonstrated ability to lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
- Strong knowledge of cooking techniques, ingredients, and flavour profiles
- Ability to work to tight deadlines whilst maintaining quality and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills and professional attitude
