You'll coordinate with colleagues across the team to ensure everything runs smoothly whilst maintaining a calm, professional demeanor even during busy periods.

Your Responsibilities

• Greet customers and visitors with warmth and professionalism
• Answer enquiries and direct people to the appropriate departments or staff members
• Manage appointment scheduling and maintain clear records
• Handle administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and correspondence
• Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area and common spaces
• Respond to telephone and email queries promptly and courteously
• Support team members with customer-facing duties as needed
• Resolve routine customer concerns or escalate complex issues appropriately
