What You'll Do
- Direct daily kitchen operations, team performance, and service delivery standards
- Control food costs, waste, and operational expenses to drive profitability and efficiency
- Lead, develop, and retain kitchen staff through hands-on mentorship and performance management
- Enforce food safety, hygiene, and quality standards across all kitchen activities
- Partner directly with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure service excellence and resolve issues promptly
- Design menus, manage supplier relationships, and optimise inventory planning
- Track operational metrics and implement process improvements to enhance business outcomes
