About the Role

As Director, Sales Strategy, you'll take ownership of developing and executing comprehensive sales strategies for your assigned business unit. This leadership position offers the opportunity to influence brand performance across retail and digital channels, working in an environment where marketing, sales, and operations align to win at every consumer touchpoint.

What You'll Do

• Build and lead a high-performing sales team, managing talent development and performance accountability
• Develop three- to five-year sales strategies that drive market share growth and revenue targets
• Analyze market trends, competitive dynamics, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure sales strategies align with brand positioning and consumer demand
• Manage key customer relationships and negotiate contracts to drive business expansion
• Monitor sales performance against KPIs and implement corrective actions to exceed targets
• Present strategic recommendations and performance insights to senior leadership

What We're Looking For

• 7+ years of sales leadership experience, with a track record of driving revenue growth
• Proven expertise in sales strategy development and execution within a competitive market
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
• Demonstrated ability to build, mentor, and scale high-performing sales teams
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
