Demand Planning Analyst

Harman Becker Automotive Systems Manufacturing Kft is seeking a Demand Planning Analyst to join our team in Northridge, Los Angeles County. In this full-time position, you'll lead demand forecasting and inventory planning initiatives that keep our supply chain operating at peak efficiency.

Role Overview

The Demand Planning Analyst role puts you at the intersection of sales, operations, and supply chain management. Core Duties

• Analyze historical sales patterns and market signals to build demand forecasts across product lines

• Partner with sales, manufacturing, and procurement to ensure demand visibility and supply chain coordination
• Leverage ERP systems and analytics platforms to model scenarios and track key performance indicators
• Prepare regular reporting, dashboards, and presentations that communicate planning insights to leadership
• Identify supply chain risks, demand volatility trends, and recommend process or system improvements

Who We're Looking For

• Demonstrated experience in demand planning, supply chain analysis, or similar analytical planning role
• Proficiency with data analysis software and hands-on experience with ERP platforms
• Solid foundational knowledge of supply chain operations, inventory management, and procurement practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with ability to draw insights from complex datasets
• Clear communicator who can translate data and quantitative analysis for diverse stakeholder groups
• Self-directed approach to work with keen attention to accuracy and process discipline
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, analytics, or related discipline
