About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential engineering consultancy in Leipzig that specializes in building systems design and implementation. Our talent team is seeking a qualified Building Services Engineer (HVAC) to join their technical planning division.

This role offers the opportunity to work on comprehensive building technology projects from initial concept through to completion, including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitary systems, and related electrical installations.

Responsibilities

• Independent project execution and concept development for building services installations
• Technical planning and preparation of tender documents
• Project monitoring and supervision of HVAC, sanitary, refrigeration, and electrical building control systems
• Commercial project oversight and billing processes
• Client-facing representation and communication

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in Building Services Engineering (Diplom, Bachelor, or Master) or state-certified HVAC Technician qualification
• Ideally several years of experience independently managing comprehensive building services projects
• Knowledge of relevant DIN standards and VOB (German construction contract procedures)
• Proficiency with engineering calculation software and MS Office applications
• Strong communication skills and team-oriented mindset
• Structured, independent, and responsible working style
• German language proficiency required for this position
