Leiter Supply Chain Office (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential food manufacturing organization seeking a Supply Chain Office Leader to join their operations in Gudensberg, Germany. In this role, you will:

• Lead the planning process in coordination with production department managers
• Ensure optimal utilization of production capacity through adequate product availability
• Optimize resources and personnel planning in alignment with production leadership
• Establish efficient production control systems
• Conduct feasibility assessments for production requirements, including promotional campaigns
• Monitor planning progress and implement corrective measures as needed
• Communicate and collaborate with planning departments across multiple facilities to better serve customer needs
• Provide leadership and management for the Supply Chain Office team
• Oversee warehouse and shipping operations at the location

What We're Looking For

• Successfully completed university degree (Bachelor/Master), preferably in Business Administration or Supply Chain Management, or equivalent qualification
• Strong affinity for data processing and analysis
• Experience with ERP systems in food or FMCG environments is desirable
• Knowledge and experience with demand planning software is beneficial
• Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken
• Strong analytical skills and excellent numerical aptitude
• High results and customer orientation
• Excellent planning and organizational abilities
• Proven ability to ensure smooth and targeted information flow within teams and across departments
