Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential financial services organization seeking a German-speaking Team Leader for their Celle location. In this role, you will:

• Lead and motivate a team of financial advisors, fostering collaboration and high performance
• Optimize internal processes and develop strategic planning for distribution activities
• Support onboarding and professional development of new team members
• Organize team meetings, workshops, and coaching sessions
• Take ownership of goal achievement and maintain quality standards across the team

What We're Looking For
