Développement Fullstack Java / Vue.js (dominante Front) Sénior (METZ – FR)

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential retail organization based in METZ, France. We are seeking several Senior Fullstack Developers with Java and Vue.js expertise and a front-end focus to join their digital innovation team.

In this role, you will contribute to the evolution of in-store point-of-sale solutions, including traditional checkout, self-service, and self-scanning systems. Your responsibilities will include:

• Designing, developing, and maintaining scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Vue.js
• Building modern, interactive, and accessible web user interfaces with Vue.js and UI libraries
• Managing components, data flow, and user interactions within Vue.js applications
• Developing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for frontend components
• Creating technical documentation and architecture diagrams
• Integrating updates and fixes through CI/CD pipelines
• Contributing across the full software development lifecycle
• Working within agile methodologies, particularly Scrum

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Computer Science from an engineering school or university, or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of experience in Fullstack development with Java and Vue.js, with front-end dominance
• Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot for backend development
• Proficiency with Git version control and associated best practices
• Experience developing frontend unit, integration, and E2E tests
• Fluency in French is required for this position in METZ, France

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience in the retail or large-scale distribution sector
• Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools
• Strong understanding of agile principles and Scrum methodology
