This apprenticeship role offers the opportunity to represent high-end intimate apparel collections while delivering exceptional client experiences in one of Lyon's most prestigious retail environments.

As a lingerie specialist, you will play a key role in connecting discerning customers with sophisticated products, providing personalized styling consultations, and maintaining an impeccable presentation within a dedicated retail space.

Responsibilities

• Engage and welcome customers as they enter the dedicated retail space, creating an enthusiastic and welcoming atmosphere
• Provide personalized lingerie consultations and fitting room advice tailored to each customer's needs
• Promote product quality, craftsmanship, and refinement through knowledgeable sales presentations
• Deliver a unique, premium shopping experience with attentive and personalized service
• Maintain pristine visual merchandising standards and ensure the sales space is always immaculate and inviting
• Manage stock levels to ensure optimal product availability and smooth operations
• Educate customers on product features, benefits, and collection details
• Collaborate professionally with the host department store team to ensure seamless operations
• Achieve and exceed sales targets with a results-driven approach

What We're Looking For

• Genuine passion for fashion and premium intimate apparel
• Previous sales experience, ideally within the lingerie sector
• Excellent presentation skills and refined personal style
• Strong customer service orientation with active listening and consulting abilities
• Dynamic, autonomous, and comfortable in a demanding retail environment
• Positive energy with the ability to identify opportunities to enhance brand visibility
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and evolving customer expectations
• Results-oriented mindset with motivation to meet and exceed commercial objectives
• Ability to participate in an apprenticeship contract (contrat d'apprentissage)
• Fluency in French required
