Responsabilités
Notre client, cabinet de conseil financier basé à Paris, recherche un stagiaire de fin d'études pour renforcer son équipe spécialisée en immobilier. Vous interviendrez sur des missions de conseil financier pour des fonds d'investissement, des sociétés foncières et des groupes corporate.
Vos missions incluront:
- Participation aux missions de transactions services et structuration de dossiers d'investissement immobiliers
- Modélisation financière et réalisation de business plans
- Évaluations d'actifs immobiliers
- Contribution aux missions de conseil stratégique et opérationnel (plans de performance, arbitrages, stratégies de développement)
- Participation aux réunions avec les clients et les autres conseils (avocats, banquiers)
Vous serez pleinement impliqué dans toutes les étapes des missions. Les membres seniors de l'équipe assureront votre formation quotidienne pour vous aider à acquérir rapidement l'autonomie nécessaire.
Ce que nous recherchons
Profil recherché:
- Diplômé(e) ou en fin d'études d'une grande école de commerce ou d'ingénieur, ou université de premier plan
- Première expérience en audit, conseil financier, banque d'affaires ou direction financière
- Forte motivation pour se spécialiser dans le secteur immobilier
- Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de synthèse
- Rigueur, organisation et grande disponibilité
- Capacité d'adaptation rapide aux missions confiées
- Maîtrise de l'anglais à l'écrit et à l'oral
Détails du stage: 6 mois à partir de septembre/octobre 2025, basé à Paris.
