Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential financial advisory firm seeking an end-of-studies intern to join their Transaction Services and Restructuring teams in Nantes, starting January 2026. This six-month internship offers hands-on experience working alongside experienced consultants on client engagements.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Supporting buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence projects
- Conducting performance and profitability analysis for client companies
- Building and maintaining financial models
- Assisting with restructuring initiatives for companies facing operational challenges
- Contributing to client report preparation and presentation development
- Collaborating with teams across multiple office locations
What We're Looking For
Our client is seeking a final-year student from a business school, engineering school, or university Master's program with a specialization in finance. The ideal candidate will bring:
- Strong analytical capabilities and advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Team-oriented mindset with rigorous attention to detail
- Natural curiosity and strong client service orientation
- Prior experience in audit, consulting, or M&A is a plus but not required
- Fluency in French for daily operations and client interaction
This position is based in Nantes with regular interaction with regional teams. The role requires availability for a full six-month commitment beginning in January 2026.
