Senior Reporting Analyst – 6 month FTC

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential SaaS organization in their search for a Senior Reporting Analyst on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis. This London-based role supports the commercial revenue function by transforming data into actionable insights that drive performance across leadership and go-to-market teams.

This position requires working in-person 3 days per week at the client's London office, with flexibility for remote work on other days. You'll be instrumental in creating the reports and dashboards that inform critical business decisions at a scaling technology company.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain weekly and monthly performance reports and dashboards using Looker to track key performance indicators across the revenue organization
• Enable stakeholders without technical backgrounds to effectively use Looker and other data visualization platforms
• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources to deliver insights that enhance revenue team performance, including detailed operational KPI analysis
• Own data accuracy and consistency across systems, identifying discrepancies and partnering with Revenue Operations to maintain a single source of truth
• Support the Team Lead in preparing performance reviews and executive business reports, plus provide ad-hoc analysis for process improvement initiatives
• Leverage AI tools to accelerate data cleaning, report generation, and insight summarization, creating capacity for deeper analytical work

What We're Looking For

• Multiple years of experience as a Reporting Analyst or Data Analyst, ideally within a commercial or revenue team environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to communicate findings clearly and concisely to diverse audiences
• Proficiency in business intelligence and data visualization tools, preferably Looker
• Familiarity with databases and querying languages such as SQL
• Exceptional attention to detail and comfort working with large, complex datasets
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing multiple concurrent priorities
• Effective communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Experience using AI tools to streamline analysis, documentation, and reporting workflows
• Must be based within commuting distance of London or willing to relocate
