What This Role Involves

The Maintenance Technician position is core to our Distribution Center operations. You'll partner with maintenance and production supervisors to maintain equipment reliability, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and uphold facility safety standards. Your technical contributions directly support the efficiency and productivity of our Pork division.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on distribution center equipment and systems
• Diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions to minimize operational downtime
• Collaborate with production supervisors to address facility maintenance needs
• Follow safety protocols and maintain compliance with all facility standards
• Document maintenance work and equipment repair history accurately
• Support both scheduled preventive maintenance and emergency repair requests
