Branch Safety Engineer

PCG is hiring a Branch Safety Engineer for our Salt Lake City operations. In this full-time role, you'll lead safety initiatives, develop comprehensive accident prevention programs, and provide technical expertise to support a strong safety culture across the branch.

Position Summary

The Branch Safety Engineer is essential to PCG's commitment to worker protection and operational excellence. You'll be the driving force behind safety strategy, coordinating accident prevention efforts, overseeing safety program implementation, and ensuring our Salt Lake City branch consistently meets or exceeds regulatory standards and industry best practices.

What You'll Do

• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive accident prevention plans and safety procedures that align with both PCG policies and client-specific requirements
• Deliver safety training, technical resources, and guidance to branch team members at all levels
• Conduct workplace assessments and inspections to identify hazards and opportunities for safety performance improvement
• Partner with branch leadership and clients to promote consistent adherence to safety protocols and regulatory compliance
• Track, analyze, and document safety metrics, incident reports, and corrective action outcomes
• Serve as a subject matter expert on occupational safety standards and best practices for the branch

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated expertise in occupational safety principles, OSHA regulations, and accident prevention methodologies
• Proven experience developing, administering, or managing workplace safety programs
• Strong communication skills with the ability to explain safety concepts effectively to diverse audiences
