Account Executive, Endoscopic (West Coast – Utah)

In this full-time role, you'll drive revenue growth by building relationships with healthcare facilities across Utah, promoting Fujifilm's endoscopic solutions, and becoming a trusted advisor to customers in your territory.

About the Role

As an Account Executive in our Endoscopic division, you'll own the full sales cycle in your Utah territory. You'll identify new healthcare customers, develop partnerships with existing accounts, and demonstrate how Fujifilm's endoscopic technology improves patient outcomes and operational efficiency. This is a consultative sales position where your success depends on understanding customer needs and delivering tailored solutions.

What You'll Do

• Generate sales revenue by building a pipeline of qualified prospects and closing deals in your territory
• Conduct in-person meetings with healthcare facilities, hospital administrators, and clinical decision-makers
• Present Fujifilm's endoscopic products and highlight clinical advantages, cost benefits, and workflow improvements
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current customers to ensure account growth and retention
• Provide technical product education and support to help customers maximize their investment
• Track sales activity, manage customer relationships, and report on territory performance
• Work collaboratively with product specialists and other team members to meet organizational sales goals

What We're Looking For

• Proven sales experience in medical devices, healthcare, or B2B consultative selling
• Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
• Ability to manage your own territory independently and meet revenue targets
• Experience building and maintaining customer relationships over the long term
• Knowledge of healthcare systems, hospital operations, or clinical workflows (preferred)
• Willingness to travel within your Utah territory for customer meetings and events
• Self-motivated professional who thrives in a results-driven environment
