What You'll Do

• Stock shelves and maintain product availability across assigned departments, ensuring items are always accessible and neatly presented
• Execute scheduled price changes accurately and on time, keeping shelf tags and signage aligned with current pricing
• Perform product rotation to move older inventory forward and reduce shrink
• Carry out resets, reflows, and special merchandising projects that improve how products are arranged and displayed on the sales floor
• Support supplier and vendor initiatives by following planograms and display schematics to spec
• Maintain a safe work environment by following store protocols, using equipment properly, and keeping aisles and work areas clear
• Partner with store leadership and team members to meet project timelines and department goals
