About the Role
As a Merchandising Execution Associate at Home Depot in Brownsville, you'll be on the front lines of the in-store shopping experience. Your work directly shapes how customers discover and engage with products — from the way items are positioned on the shelf to how quickly they can find what they need. Safety, precision, and efficiency guide everything you do in this position.
What You'll Do
- Stock shelves and maintain product availability across assigned departments, ensuring items are always accessible and neatly presented
- Execute scheduled price changes accurately and on time, keeping shelf tags and signage aligned with current pricing
- Perform product rotation to move older inventory forward and reduce shrink
- Carry out resets, reflows, and special merchandising projects that improve how products are arranged and displayed on the sales floor
- Support supplier and vendor initiatives by following planograms and display schematics to spec
- Maintain a safe work environment by following store protocols, using equipment properly, and keeping aisles and work areas clear
- Partner with store leadership and team members to meet project timelines and department goals
What We're Looking For
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment with attention to detail
- Physical capability to lift, carry, and stock merchandise throughout a shift
- Strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy in all tasks
- Reliability and a team-oriented mindset
- Prior retail, stocking, or merchandising experience is a plus but not required
