Strategic Account Executive (Pharmacy Benefit Management)

We're looking for a Strategic Account Executive (Pharmacy Benefit Management) to join RxBenefits in Wake Island, Honolulu. In this full-time role, you'll build lasting client partnerships and drive retention for some of the industry's most important pharmacy benefit management accounts.

About the Role

As a Strategic Account Executive, you'll transition promising new accounts from our sales phase into mature, thriving partnerships. Your responsibilities center on cultivating deep client relationships, understanding their evolving needs, and ensuring they consistently recognize the value of their engagement with RxBenefits. You'll serve as the trusted advisor and primary point of contact for your accounts.

What You'll Do

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders across your assigned accounts
• Conduct regular business reviews and strategy sessions to align RxBenefits solutions with client objectives
• Identify opportunities to deepen client engagement and expand account value
• Serve as the primary point of contact for account inquiries, concerns, and escalations
• Travel up to 50% to visit clients, strengthen partnerships, and conduct in-person meetings
• Coordinate with internal teams including operations, compliance, and clinical to deliver seamless client experiences
• Monitor account health metrics and proactively address any areas of concern

What We're Looking For

• Demonstrated success in enterprise or strategic account management within pharmacy benefit management or healthcare services
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust across organizational levels
• Solid understanding of pharmacy benefit management, healthcare benefits design, and regulatory compliance
• Consultative approach to client management with the ability to translate business challenges into strategic solutions
• Comfort traveling up to 50% of the time to support your clients and accounts
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex relationships and balance competing priorities
