About the Role
As a Senior Pharmacy Design Consultant at RxBenefits, you will serve as the go-to subject-matter expert guiding sophisticated new client implementations from concept to activation. Based in Detroit, this position carries full ownership of translating each client's benefit objectives into precise, accurate plan specifications — making sure that what the client intends is exactly what gets built, every single time.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the pharmacy benefit design work behind complex new client implementations.
- Take complete accountability for the accuracy of plan specifications, confirming they faithfully reflect client intent.
- Apply deep pharmacy benefit expertise to consistently uphold each client's benefit goals throughout onboarding.
- Partner with internal teams and clients to resolve design questions and safeguard implementation quality.
- Act as a trusted advisor on benefit structure, ensuring every launch meets RxBenefits' standard for precision.
Qualifications
- Advanced, demonstrable expertise in pharmacy benefits and plan design.
- Proven ability to manage detailed, complex client implementations with accuracy and ownership.
- Strong attention to detail and a track record of translating client intent into exact plan specifications.
- Excellent collaboration and consultative communication skills.
- Comfort operating on-site in a full-time capacity in Detroit, Wayne County.
