Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support pharmacy benefit setup during new client onboarding and implementation.

• Apply deep pharmacy benefit knowledge to resolve design questions and prevent errors before they reach the client.
• Coordinate with cross-functional partners to keep implementations and revisions on track.
